Very poor service, in a 12 day period I was forced to take car bak 5 time because every time I got it back it ran worse. I have more problems than I started with. Two of the times parts were missing on engine. Very poor customer service. After last time they said they can't figure it out. Take it to the dealership. It cost me $3200.00 my car is still not right. Don't make the same mistake.

We are troubled with the customers dissatisfaction and take it seriously. The car is 19 years old with over ******* miles. ** July customer towed in vehicle after an attempt to work on it himself. He dropped a bolt in the timing cover by the tensioner. We corrected the most immediate need but due to the fact that it came in not running and on a tow you never know what all you will discover until you get it running There is an **voice documenting everything if further details are needed and customer was given a copy of his signed invoice. On 9/4/22 customer came in with two specific concerns which were addressed. Clunking sound which was suspension related. Those were addressed and were the majority of what he spent correcting after a thorough review of front end, bearings and suspension and test drive and we have no knowledge of any further concerns that he has raised with that work. He also had an issue with his fuel pump, which was replaced. We then did a free check of some electrical issues but It was advised that he get an opinion from the dealership. We notified him that we could fix it at Big O once the dealership had confirmed the issue to save him money. At this point we felt the customer was satisfied with our work and the recommendation we had Records show him showing up one more time on 9/14/22 concerns were documented and suggestion for an electrical diagnosis elsewhere was reiterated.
