            I scheduled an oil change on April 29, 2023. Will I was there I asked if they can check why my engine light was on. During the visit they suggested that I needed and air filter and cabin air filter. I took their recommendations. I was told to come back on April 30, 2023 to resolve the issue for the engine light. I paid $153.96 for the oil change and both filters. I was told to bring my car in at 10am on and it would take 1 hour. When I got there they said it would now be done at 1pm, due to them being busy. At 1:15pm I got a call stating that the part they order was incorrect and they didn't even touch my car. I was told I could come back another day and have it fixed. I told them that I was unable to return for a 3rd time. When I checked my invoice from my last oil change on Feb 12,2023 I saw that they changed the air filters then as well. At this point I feel as though they are just trying to scam people and waste their time. Will never return to them.

            BEWARE CHARGED FOR WORK THAT WAS NOT DONE!!!I took my Jeep in for an oil change. They called and said my Jeep needed an alignment, engine filter, radiator flush, and some other items that totaled $1900. I had them do the alignment and oil change only for $200. The next day when we went to change the engine filter we noticed the oil filter was never changed. I went back to complain and found out they charge me for work that was never done. I got a full refund. If it wasnt for us changing the engine filter i would have never known the work wasnt done
