I scheduled an oil change on April 29, 2023. Will I was there I asked if they can check why my engine light was on. During the visit they suggested that I needed and air filter and cabin air filter. I took their recommendations. I was told to come back on April 30, 2023 to resolve the issue for the engine light. I paid $153.96 for the oil change and both filters. I was told to bring my car in at 10am on and it would take 1 hour. When I got there they said it would now be done at 1pm, due to them being busy. At 1:15pm I got a call stating that the part they order was incorrect and they didn't even touch my car. I was told I could come back another day and have it fixed. I told them that I was unable to return for a 3rd time. When I checked my invoice from my last oil change on Feb 12,2023 I saw that they changed the air filters then as well. At this point I feel as though they are just trying to scam people and waste their time. Will never return to them.

I took in my vehicle to get my AC fixed. I paid $2300 for a new compressor and its kit with a vacuum and recharge. The next day it was ready for pick up. The same Day I picked up I called the shop and spoke to ******************************* and notified him that my AC was still blowing warm air. He stated to bring it back to have it recharged. I brought it back and picked it up and there was no change. So I tried to take it to another big o tires to have the work done since it was still under warranty. They stated that they only warranty tires and not mechanic work. That I would have it take it back to that same shop even tho they never replaced my compressor just charged me for the work. So I then went to back to the shop on a Wednesday and they said they will fix it since its under warranty. I called Friday to get the run around that they dont know whats going on with my vehicle. Called ******************* couldnt provide any info on my status of my vehicle and denied me supervisor #Business response

We have been in communication with the customer and needed parts have been ordered and scheduled for replacement to correct issues
