  We brought our Tiffin motorhome ** here to get new tires 2 years ago in May 2021. They recommended the Sumitomo tires we then purchased from them and they put on. After 10k miles, the tires are wearing where they shouldnt be, on the 2nd tread. We brought it in and asked them to look at it. They said the reason it is wearing is because it need to be rotated. When the manager came in, he said at 10k miles it needs to be rotated. We said he can look at them since its now at 10k miles so this shouldnt be the problem. They said they would call later in the day. Now upon picking up today 8/14, same day after they said its ready, they said its normal wear and the ** needs an alignment and theres play in the bearings and kingpins but they are within limits. They then said they moved the tires from the back to the front for us. They charged $248.14 for this for rotating and balancing 4 tires. Upon inspection, they damaged one of the wheels in the process. The did not call to get approval to get this done. Is this how business is normally done? They gave the option to leave it overnight and they will put the bad tires back on the front and only then wont charge us. I would like them to refund the service fee now. Also need 2 new tires to replace these bad ones which should be under manufacturers warranty.

  *************** came in with a tire wear complaint. I explained that we would determine if it was a workmanship or materials defects issue or a mechanical issue. I suggested that it most likely was due to a mechanical issue. Upon thorough inspection, we determined that the issue was mechanical and particularly the front end was out of alignment. So rotating the tires was the solution. in order to rotate the tires on a commercial tire, we have to dismount, remount and re-balance each tire x4. This process takes 2 hours to complete. **************** was told either the tires would be replaced or rotated. He stated he needed it back that day. There is no free rotations in a commercial vehicle application anywhere. As far as his claim that we damaged his rim, if it is determined that we damaged his rim, we will take care of a repair to his rim no cost to *****************
