Was in to purchase tickets for my child's birthday this week. And manager referred to me as honey. AND I told him to address me as Sir cause I'm not a woman. So I was asked to leave and couldn't purchase tickets. I don't have any issues with the fact that he identifies gay. But. Don't talk to guest or customers or referr to us guest or customers as honey. It's disrespectful. I was their to purchase ten tickets 2 adults and 8 children. But since it told him to speak to guest Professionally I was ask to leave. Why? Was in today @2pm. I feel I was made to leave cause iwasnt homosexual. And didn't like to be referred to as honey. I will be contacting BBB IF NOT CONTACTED ASAP. ************ SINCERELYInitial Complaint

I BOOKED A PARTY FOR LATER THIS MONTH AND WAS TOLD BY THE GENERAL MANAGER *************************** THAT THEERE IS A NO REFUND POLICY. I DID NOT SEE THAT INFORMATION WHEN I BOOKED THE ****** HE DIDNT ASK IF THERE WAS A MEDICAL EMERGENCY JUST THAT HE COULD RESCHEDULE I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS BUSINESS AND I WILL TELL ANYONE NEVER TO GO THERE.Initial Complaint

I booked a party on Saturday, February 17 for my granddaughter, who is turning three years old. We were told that our party was going to be at 2:30 but from the staff on site at the ******** ******* location they tell ** the booking was completed by someone at a call center. we arrived at 2 oclock we were told over the phone by ***** the party reservation manager. When we got here, we were advised that the call center had booked other parties before ours and now we are having to wait an extra hour with all of our cake and ice cream, and other items at risk of not being ready or available as far as appearance goes when the party begins. I am filing this complaint because I paid a lot of money I feel to have to sit here an hour and 15 minutes and wait because the staff who is awesome here on site is being overlooked and they know better than a call center when they should be setting up tables. So I would like someone to call me at ************. We are still having our party. I am told at 3:15 but now we are waiting to set up our room and decorate. This has been a big inconvenience all because you are not letting the staff who is physically here schedule and arrange these parties.
