I purchased five memberships but after payment the system required me to upload personal information that Im not comfortable with sharing with a nonsecure system. Immediately, I spoke to the manager and explained my issues. Although he understood , he said that theres nothing they could do there and that Id have to email customer support and theyd cancel the memberships for me with no problem. I emailed back a forth with the guest loyalty team. ****** replied first stating that it could not be canceled. I responded and explained the issue again. ******* replied that shed cancel it only if I went online to purchase five ultimate tickets within ************************************************************************************************** into paying for something that I didnt use and that Im only canceling because they werent transparent before I paid. So I let them know that I would not be purchasing anything else and that Id contact ********************** and the ag office. ******* responded saying that they dont give legal advice clearly they dont because they dont even know that theyre breaking the law trying to force me to keep a contract that I rescinded within minutes. Long story short Im not willing to put myself and my family at risk to be victims of identity theft just so urban air can make some money. They cant guarantee that their systems are secure so I cant provide them with my personal details just to jump up and down. They shouldve disclosed that they required the information from the outset and I never would have purchased the memberships. BEWARE!
