My transmission was rebuilt and I spent over **** for it. The truck has been leaking since then and inbrought it in and said that the transmission was not the issue. When it was put back together the wrong drive shaft was put in and now its a big saft issue for my family bBusiness response

I paid full price for a complete transmission rebuild. It made it **** miles and went out. There is fluid underneath and it doesnt work in reverse or drive after getting warm. They will not call me back or call the transmission company that has my truck now.Business response

We have looked in our customer database and cannot find any information regarding a ***************************. He does not state what type of vehicle he owns nor when he had the repair done. We have called ***** twice to try to speak with him, but have not been able to reach him. If you look closely, his address is in ***********. In addition, his phone number starts with area code 601 from *******, ***********. We strongly believe this consumer has ** confused with a shop in ***********. Please close out this complaint since it is not a valid complaint. Wrong company.

I had my transmission repaired at Advanced Transmissions and Emissions on **** Road. When I received the car, the car felt and sounded like there was grinding. I brought the car back. While I was there another customer walked in bringing back his pickup for the 3rd time and asked to please fix it right this time. They drove my car and said it was fine. I had 2 mechanics drive the car and they said it definitely did not sound or feel right. The business said the problem was the car needed motor mounts. The owner lied and said that I had refused that repair. Now, just 3 months later, the car does not move at all and sounds horrible. Never use this business, they do terrible work, and are dishonest.Business response

********************** is not complaining about the transmission she paid for. We repaired the transmission. She refused motor mounts on 12/13/2021. We have records. Mounts do not cause a vehicle not to move. Please bring it in and if anything we repaired is bad, I will fix it. But you have motor mounts that are bad. Thank you!Initial Complaint

I diagnosed a transmission problem for my customer as an internal transmission problem due to excess metal debris in the oil pan. I called **** at advanced transmission for a price on having the transmission rebuilt. i was quoted $450 labor plus parts witch he estimated at 5-6 hundred. I scheduled with him for the week my customer was going to be on vacation. the truck was drivable as long as it wasn't far trips. i removed the transmission then delivered it to Advanced transmission on 10/4/2021. the next morning I got a call from ****. he first said it was going to $2266. more than double the estimate. it was there and apart so I said ok we need it right. I picked up the transmission on 10/9/21 and paid $2266. I installed the transmission that Saturday afternoon. everything seemed normal until I tried to drive it the first time. as soon as the transmission tries to shift from first to second gear it sets a pressure switch rationality fault and goes into limp mode. I immediately called **** and told him what it does. he towed the truck to his shop and immediately called me and said I have an electrical problem. he said they don't do electrical I need to take it to an auto electric shop. I do electrical diagnosis my self that's one of my specialties. I even rebuild some transmissions but have not done that particular one and didn't want to learn on this one. I towed the truck back and it hade a code for power supply issues witch he said was causing my problem. that code never came back and i believe they pulled the fuse and made it set the code. I believe that because it never has come back and the power supply is fine when tested. if this 545RFE has no power it should have max **** pressure. it is not capable of full pressure. I have a ******* video diagnosing the transmission. i pulled it once and he said he went all through it again but it was still full of fluid and spilled all over the back of my truck. he had it two times.https://youtu.be/KxdN57NtXsA please lookBusiness response

I am always here to help. **** can **** the transmission and all of the bolts. I wlll tow the vehicle over for free and fix the *** or the electrical problem, then our transmission will work. Please tell him I am here to help because he will not listen. **** everything and then I will tow it over and prove to everybody that it is not in the transmission.Initial Complaint

I drive my 2012 *** to them on July 12 2021 for a transmission replacement and it's not fixed! He keeps saying he needs more time! Gave him more time then he says it's fixed but when I get there he says it's not fixed yet! Then he tried to get my warranty co.to pay him now before it's completed! Called the police and it's nothing they can do police told him he needs to hurry and fix my car and give it back in 2 to 4 days...still nothing!!! I need helpBusiness response

The reason why this vehicle is taking longer than expected is because we are waiting on parts from *******. ****** knows this because I have been in contact with him all this time. I never told him the car was finished. He is lying! ****** called the cops on 08/24/2021 at 4PM. He tried to scam me and commit theft of services. The cops told him he could not take his car because it was not done and waiting on parts. I gave ****** a free car to drive and offered a free rental. He said no to the free rental. I gave him a car to drive and he gave it back. I am not sure why. I am still offering a free car. He can pick it up anytime at no charge.
