Owner is a conman and a liar. He chooses threats to fight me for resolution and with held my car from me pending a cash only payment with no other forms of payment as an option after he already submitted his requested for payment through my dignified account. Owner admitted to punishing me with a daily charge until my car is picked up if I filed this complaint.

He can pay using DigniFi, the total is $1282 fees included. 

Zero stars. ****, owner operator, will take you to the cleaners every chance he gets. The Tow IS NOT FREE!!! FREE TOW IS A SCAM as it will be absorbed by exhorbitant maintenance cost or you will be billed for it. ************** about 35 years in the business... but thinks the right way to replace a speed sensor is to charge the customer for a complete new transmission. No options were provided and I would have been totally scammed had I not consulted a friend who has transmission experience and called **** on his BS. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN from this business... no ethics.

This guy is mean, rude and has no manners. I only charged him $100 dollars and paid the tow man back $216.00. Nobody in the valley will fix a car for $100 BUT I WILL because I am a man of my word. Have a nice day to all the nice people.

Would not release vehicle to tow truck company. Told me to Go F myself. Was banging on tow truck drivers vehicle and had to get the police involved to get my property.

This customer is lying!The warranty company told me to keepthe car at our shop. When the tow truck showed up, the driver was rude and ignorant. He would not move the truck so that we could proceed with our business of running our company! He blocked the production lane and would not move. We never banged on the tow truck. That is just another lie! These are all lies! We did not know when the tow truck showedup that the customer wanted it to go somewhere else. After we called the customer, we gave him the truck. Even the policemen that came out said the tow truck driver should have not blocked our business. They were in the wrong!

I'm only giving Advanced Transmissions a 1 star rating because zero is unavailable. I'd like to start off by saying ********************* the owner of Advanced *********************************************** informed me that he had an A+ rating with better business bureau (a lie see for yourself 7 complaints in last few months alone with average score of less than 2 stars). My transmission went out in my *********** was calling around for *****s. When I called Advanced Transmissions on ******************** in *******, ******* they informed me that they had the best deal in town and they would match any shop that had a lower ****** They quoted me a ***imum ***** of $2,800 for the rebuild of my existing transmission. So I drove my truck down there and asked that they fix it for *** of agreed upon ****** I was told I had to pay $985 to allow them to inspect the transmission. Confused I asked why charge me when we already agreed on *** ****** **** told me that was just the company policy and cost would be part of *** ****** 5-6 hours later I get a call from **** and he informs me the cost to rebuild my transmission was $5,300. Surprised I asked how that was possible after being told *** ***** was $2,800. **** said he didnt know that I would need some parts that needed to be replaced and they were irregular in nature. So I called around armed with the "irregular parts" and asked what it would cost to replace. I found a company that would fix everything including irregular parts for $3,800. I asked **** if they would match ****** **** informed me that it was impossible another company would honor that ****** So I provided company name, contact, and address. He then stated he needed a printed copy of quote; I provided. **** then informed me that he would not honor ***** match. I asked them to put my truck back together so I can pick it up. (it was 2:45pm). **** refused; I asked to speak to the owner. I was told I couldnt speak to owner. So I came back to Advanced Transmissions to pick up my truck. I was told the owner had left for the day and I could not pick my truck up. I demanded they gave me my keys and load transmission in bed of truck. Once again **** refused. I informed them I would call police because I had paid for service they didnt complete and they were refusing to give me my property. They closed shop early and kept my property. Thankfully they parked my Sierra ****** at a Whataburger parking lot across the street and didnt store it in their garage or storage yard. I had a separate set of keys so I had it towed to another shop. Spoke to owner the following morning and **** refused to send keys and parts to shop I requested. This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had with any business. They should not be allowed to operate. They will lie mercilessly to anyone and raise the ***** on their customers after they take your vehicle apart in an attempt to bully customers into continuing the business relationship. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card, making BBB complaint and share my experience with everyone I know to prevent anyone else from going through the ordeal I endured.

******* is a liar. I said I have an A rating with the BBB and I do! This man is confused. The other shop told him $2,800.00, not us. I told this customer to go ahead and charge back the$******. We made no money off this man. I gave him a full refund. I told him to have a nice day. I never spoke to this man until after he took his truck after 5PM. WhenI showed up the nextmorning, the truck was gone. I am the owner and he never spoke to me and therefore I could not help him out because he made a very fast and irrational decision. I could have saved him $933.00. He made a poor decision and it is not our fault. I hope he is nicer to the other shop. PS: Black lives matter, but so do white lives! Once again, we will beat anyone's price in the valley guaranteed, proven everyday. You may have to wait two hours to speak to the owner, but we will beat anyone's price. Have a nice day!

Horrible service the owner is very unprofessional and disrespectful and didnt honor warranty

This transmission was rebuilt by us again on 11/20/2021. The truck has an electrical problem. ***** tried to fix it himself or someone else tried. This customer is a liar and we caught him lying. I have 8 pictures of the wiring on the truck to the transmission, It has been trampled with and worked on. If he fixes his electrical problem, the transmission will work fine. Have a nice day.

Had my vehicle towed to this place last week after talking to **** the owner, he told me he would beat any price and said that he would rebuild my transmission for between $1400-$1700 plus $300 to reprogram it. Once they received it, I get a call from **** the technician at the company who is now telling me its going to cost between $1600-$1800 plus, which is fine because I was already expecting it. About two hours after talking to **** the technician, the owner **** calls me and is now saying that its going to be $3000-$4000. He absolutely pulled a bait and switch scam on me and tried to double the expense on me. He said there was other codes showing other parts in the transmission needed to be replaced. Thats an absolute lie because my mechanic scanned it beforehand with a snap-on scanner thats new and very expensive. Also if the transmission was going to be completely rebuilt, then why would it cost more if there was actually other codes. Everything **** said to get our vehicle into his shop a lie from the beginning. Now Im out hundreds of dollars for towing. Run dont walk away from this place. **** should be ashamed of trying to scam people like this. He should be honest or shut his doors.

We tell everyone that the transmission starts at a certain price like $1,600.00. Then, we also tell them that it could be $1,722, $1,843 OR it could be more depending on the parts. They authorize the diagnostic and tear down, some pay money up front and we will guarantee to beat anyone's price in the world! This is not the original customer. The name is different, so we do not know who this complaint is for. We are always here to help and beat anyone's price!
