      As you probably already know, your employees broke into my storage because you needed to move my items so they could relocate the unit. In the course of said action destroyed much of my personal property. This was admitted by the then manager of facility. I was told there is video of this, which I have not been able to view. It took months to get Rep ***** insure info. I turned in my claim for the damage and it keeps getting sent back asking for additional information I will complete thier request now that everything is out and I can get to it. Reputable companies would have sent an adjuster immediately to assess the damage. I work with insurance companies all the time and Uhaul 's insurance company ( Rep ***** is the absolute worse scam ever. I suggest avoiding UHaul all together, and get your own insurance. It has now been over a year and a half since I placed my claim with UHaul and ************************** I am still no closer to resolution. They are a multi billion dollar scam! Someone clipped the mirror on the truck, and I had to pay for it before I left the facility. MY RECOMMENDATION USE ANYONE BUT Uhal and for God sake get independent insurance! Do not use UHaul insurance, RepWest, it's a total Scam, and they use stall techniques hoping you will forget. They owe me over $25K I just spent over an hour on hold then it disconnected. If this causes me to take legal action, i assure you punitive damages will be added for ths atrocious act of complete negligence and absurd conduct on the part of both UHaul and RepWest. Charges will include but are not limited to gross negligence, insurance fraud, felony breaking and entering, and willful destruction of personal propertyI wish there was negative stars, they would certainly have a negative number of stars, and it would be WELL DESERVED.

      I rented a U box to move across country, with a guarantee delivery date for 8/31. Everything I own for me and my infant son are inside there. They state the truck my box is on got into an accident and the trucks stuck at a tow yard. They cant send another truck to get my box and they wont tell me who the third party shipper is. Its been a month now with zero updates on when my things will be here. I just get transferred from department to department with zero resolution. I cant use the insurance claim because its not lost or damaged (supposedly). Ive asked to speak to the higher manager and that gets ignored via email (they refuse to call me because one certain manager is on my case). Were in the process of going to small claims court for this and I will never be using u haul ever again.

      U-Haul employees do not listen. U-Haul uses an app that defaults then return location as optional but its not optional at all. If you continue through to app with your order the optional becomes in town rental meaning return to the location of rental with out notice. This minor detail almost cost me $500 according to U-Haul *** it did cost me Sunday my day off work having to drive that truck back to the place we rented the truck. My suggestion is when you rent from U-Haul do not use the optional return location option because it is misleading (which is the same as fraud) Do not use ***************** in ********, *** to rent a U-Haul truck either because the people there do not listen to what you tell them you want. What we wanted was a truck to move an item from ******** to *********** Texas approximately a50 mile trip. Then to return the truck to a local U-Haul dealer in Poin Blank not Magnolia the kid made the reservation as in town not one way which is U-Haul lingo for return where so be careful. When speaking to the U-Haul *** yesterday instead of figuring a solution that worked for us mutually U-Haul passed the **** saying well its Circle S hardware that you need to speak with no us??? Then Circle S says well you signed a contract news flash I didnt sign anything so as U-Haul and circle s pass the **** to each others neither offering a solution and blaming me for an in town rental I allegedly agree too turns out. I didnt agree to anything bc I never signed your contract I returned the truck to ******** . I personally will never use either of these two companies again. This review was very kind compared to how I truly feel so keep this in mind if you offer a rebuttal. *** did I mention that the U-Haul *** tried to changed the wording on the contract from rental location to return location which is illegal.

      ear U-Haul Customer Service,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your ***************** location in ******* on [insert date].During my visit, I encountered a staff member named ***** who was assisting another customer while I and several other people were waiting in line. He was engaged in casual conversation with the customer, which prolonged the check-in process. Despite the line growing and the phone ringing, ***** was able to answer calls while leaving us waiting.When I asked him a simple question, "Excuse me **** are you the only one working today?" his response was dismissive and unprofessional. He replied with, "Yeah, why, am I taking too long?" and then made a reference to "Where are you from, *******?" followed by another remark, "You're from over yonder, I dont know where that is."As an African American woman born and raised in the ***** this was not only inappropriate but also offensive. When I mentioned that I would be providing negative feedback in the survey, ***** responded by stating his full name and said, "I don't give a [explicit]."As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of delivering quality customer service and ensuring that all customers feel respected and valued. Unfortunately, my experience at your location was the opposite, and I am surprised that U-Haul employs staff with such poor customer service skills.I hope this matter will be addressed appropriately, and I would appreciate confirmation that steps will be taken to improve customer service at this location.       Had a reservation for about two weeks. Get a call the night before the move, THE ***** BEFORE THE MOVE that they don't have a truck, but that we can get one two days later in another town 18 miles away!!! My wife's 89 year old aunt is all packed up and ready, bed broken down and everything. Look into PODS is my advice. Or any other service. Horse and buggy would be more reliable.

      I would suggest nobody ever book from U-Haul. They have a central location that knows nothing about what goes on in their stores also lie to you about prices for you to get to the store and they charge you extra and say that the central location doesnt know what theyre talking about. this entire business is a scam, and Id love to see them shut down for good!

      "UHAUL welcomes customer to leave items in a reuse area then when the customer does this a ******************** Manager inhumanely tacks ****** onto this customers ********************** bill. The ******************** Manager then refuses payment of ****** plus taxes of the regular storage unit bill because the customer refuses to pay the extra ****** that is NOT owed by this customer". ******************** then locks the customer out of her ********************** unit. This caused the customer to lose many items which were sentimental. It also causes the customer to hide items behind a tree/bushes on the UHAUL property. It results in the customer having to pay to have some of the items moved away.       I recently rented a truck and trailer from this location. They made an error on their end. Required me to bring back the truck after only 12 hours of use. Additionally, after returning the truck, I realized that I had left some personal belongings in there of value and I contacted them within about eight hours to see if they can hold that item until I come pick it up later that evening. The employees continued to tell me multiple times that they did not have anything did not have anything and it was only until I requested the manager review the footage on the security cameras to ensure that the vehicle and the person who checked it out, did not take the items from the vehicle. It turned out after speaking with the manager that one of their employees had taken the item and soul in the item and taking it home. He said that he was new and just didnt know that there was a 72 hour hold policy on items found in vehicles. I just want to go out there and say its absolutely ridiculous that if you have my contact information you get in the vehicle you find something that belongs to me it would only make sense to make a phone call out or at least to wait 72 hours for that person to see if they can come back and get their items.
