    On February 2023, we purchased a refrigerator for $6,000.00 from ********* Appliances. The refrigerator was used and came with a warranty. They allowed us to keep the item at their store until our remodel was done and then they delivered and installed the refrigerator in August. We moved back into the house and began using the refrigerator. After a little while using the fridge, the light and temperature stopped working and food went bad. We called and they came out multiple times and tried to fix both. The light was replaced but the temperature never was fixed and they gave us a lender fridge that we moved the food items into until it was fixed. To this day, the fridge is not fixed. It has been broken and unresolved for over four months. The warranty states that they will fix it and if not, they will find a replacement for the item. They are a kind group to work with but the problem remains. We were told two months ago that they were ordering a part that should be coming in, then we were told that they found another fridge to replace this one, then they stopped responding to my phone calls. We would like a refund of our $6,000.00 that we spent on the fridge and we would like to have them come and pick up the lender refrigerator and the one we purchased that is not working and take it back to their store. We are in a position now, where we have to purchase a new fridge that works and would like our money back and have this remediated ASAP. Thank you for your time.
