I just bought a car from auto action and not even a month later my engine is falling out of my car. Not only that some parts of the car is rusted. They won't give me a new car or a rental. They're also charging me to fix something that should've been fixed when they were inspecting the car. How is it legal to say you inspect cars before you sell them but when I call yall don't do anything. Also I have a warranty but apparently it's useless and I'm still getting charged. I will never buy from this place again and hopefully no one else does and the company goes under. I drove my kids around in this car what if my engine would've fell out while driving them around.

      Hello,
******************************* purchased a 2010 GMC Terrain on 5/13/2023 at ****** miles. ********************** purchase came with a limited 4 months/ 4,000 Miles warranty that covers major components at a $299 deductible per item.  ****************** also opted for a 36 months/36,000 ************* contract with the same deductibles.  This is in addition to 3 free oil changes every 4 months or ***** miles.
****************** dropped her vehicle off at the service facility on 6/7/23 at ****** miles due to vehicle shaking when driving.  *********** manager placed the order for a carrier assembly as soon as ****************** paid her deductible on 6/12/23, and is working diligently to complete repairs by end of next week.
We have reached out to the finance company to help assist ****************** with a payment deferment as a courtesy after she brings her service contract current.
We appreciate ****************** patience as the service facility completes the repairs on her vehicle.

      Thanks

My name is ********************* I went to Drive Now on the date of 02/24/2023, to purchase a vehicle. I got a Jeep grand Cherokee 2014 with $4000 as a down payment. I mentioned to the sales that I am a single hard working mother and that I needed a dependable vehicle no issues well he did assure me that such would happen. He pointed me in the direction of the jeep grand Cherokee, I test drove it and it seemed to be just fine so drove off of the lot with the car. not even 2 days later did my engine check light came on. I was like "ok I only had the car for a not even 2 days this is not supposed to be happening." I didn't panic or anything I politely took the vehicle to AutoZone for a diagnostics test, since it was too late in the day for me took the car to my family mechanic. well that test came back and said that the oxygen censors were and the thermostat were bad. mind you shortly after driving the car from AutoZone I had errands to run one of those errands consisted of me getting on the highway, while on the highway the car started to stall and continued to do so, in the mist of it stalling it starts to do like a little jerk back and forth as I'm pressing on the gas so I pulled over on the highway, My kids an I are in the car scared for dear life. I was able to get the car to my family mechanic and he did a more in depth test turns out the car has oil leaks, misfires, nd other issues it seems to me as if the car lot just reset the dashboard there's no way that they did not know what was going om with the car. Now there's nothing but the run around their giving me plus I had to wait until the 15th for them to get me in for an appointment to so called look at my vehicle. At this point I really dont even want it my trust with them is gone I gave them my money in good faith and they messed me over.

10/31 I financed a 2013 Chevrolet ****. 11/22/22 the vehicle began smoking, 11/23/22 I had the vehicle Towed to the dealerships mechanic shop next door to the establishment. Since towing the vehicle the has been no writing documents disclosing the diagnosis of my vehicle I have been pressured multiple time to sign a new contract & switch vehicles which I have declined. I have requested to pick my vehicle from the establishment Auto Action referred me to have it serviced. I was told my vehicle was no longer there I was never provided any written or verbal information stating my vehicle had been moved to a new area nor have I been told where it is. The only information I have gotten is from ****** on 12/27 at 1:45pm whom I was told by the third party financing company as well as the mechanic shop can only assist me with this issue that my car is currently in recon with no engine it due to them need to diagnose it & cannot be picked because of that. I have let ****** know on multiple times on 12/27 I would like to pick my vehicle up & have it diagnosed with a shop of my choice. ****** has not to provide me any information on where /or when I can pick the vehicle up. I have made it clear I dont want it serviced due to his push back of the issue I would like to get it diagnose properly before the fix. I was threatened with repoing my vehicle if I did not sign over to a new vehicle even though my note & other expenses required for the car are paid & current. ****** has told all departments i.e. ( ********************* I am agreeing to switch cars which I have not signed any legal document stating I want to do so. I was told by Junior of 12/27 at 12:52pm the vehicle is no longer with them and an auction shop. This matter has yet to be resolved & I still have no vehicle.

      Ms. *********************** purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze on 10/31/2022 at ******* miles.
On November 23rd, customer had her ******************** towed to the dealers service facility for engine overheating.  Once the service facility diagnosed the vehicle and determined the vehicle would need repairs that could take up to 3 or 4 weeks.
Auto Action made the decision at that point to switch customer into a different ******************** since she had just recently purchased the Cruze.
On December 15th, ******************** agreed to go back to the dealership to look for a different vehicle after a conversation with *******, the dealership manager. ******************** went in on December 17th but did not find any other vehicles she liked. ******* reached out to ******************** a few days later to see when she would go back to look for another vehicle, so she informed him that she would be out of town for the holidays, and that she would go back in after she returns.

I went to the ******** location and purchased a broken down 2011 jeep grand Cherokee from the salesperson "Summer"! She sold me a piece of c*** I put down $1300 on this vehicle just for it to have so many problems after the 2-week guarantee they will fix whatever goes wrong with the car. Lucky me, soon as the two weeks were up the air conditioner went out. A tail light went out. I went to get in my car to get my kids from school and guess what my car didn't start. There's also more wrong with the vehicle. I paid a technician to look at my vehicle. This man wanted $1400 for the starter which is absolutely ridiculous. But in all honesty, I would have rather paid him to fix the vehicle. Instead, I decided to go with tru fix the place that's supposed to fix these cars for $299. My car has been at this auto body shop for 2.5 weeks with no compensation from auto now finacial. They keep calling wanting to know when am I paying the high A$$ note for the vehicle sitting at their autobody shop! I still haven't even received a call saying they diagnosed my car. I call up to this place they don't answer the phone until I have called 50 times. I honestly feel bad for the mechanics because they are so busy with work from drive-now vehicles. They are overcharging for vehicles that don't work! Poor mechanics have to pick up their slack. I'm sure they are frustrated with this scam of a business. I don't care what position you are in, do not purchase a vehicle from them it will stop working after 2 weeks. I believe they rig these cars somehow to get them to look like they work! No way I just purchased a vehicle and everything goes wrong with it. They should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people looking for a vehicle for themselves and their families! It's not right! They are taking advantage of people.
