My car was stolen which resulted in it being deemed a total loss on 3/26/23. Since April 10, 2023, I have been contacting ************ / Centennial Leasing to state that I am due a refund for both my *** coverage as well as my vehicle service contract. I have contacted them via phone, email, and text on numerous occasions. ************ has stated that Centennial Leasing has to contact them to release the funds - thus this complaint is against Centennial. I am due $1,000 for the *** coverage (as I financed with the same lender, Arizona Financial - formerly ********* ************** I am also owed roughly $1,800 in refund for the vehicle service contract refund. I have not been able to reach anyone other than a salesperson at Centennial and they are basically doubling down refusing to help / ignoring me. Contractually both of these sums are owed to me.Business response
