    On April 4, 2022 I purchased a 2016 ***** Malibu from CGA Auto Sale. Its been 6 months and the motor already gave out. Please keep in mind that I only utilize this car to & from work. I reached out to ********** claim I must pay for any parts & that they will cover the mechanic expense. However, I dont believe its right that in 6 months I was left stranded by this car and now I have to purchase a whole motor. I believe the car mustve already been faulty when it was sold to me.

    Bought a 2008 ****** Rouge from them on June 15th 2023. I drove the car home, drove to and from my work office on Friday And then to a work appointment on Saturday. The car sat for 2 weeks because I went out of town for work. Noticed on the Saturday before leaving there was issues when I turned on the car and try to drive there is rubbing of metal and car would barely move unless you try to floor the gas. Came back June 30th drove my car July 1st, where I drove it to the dealership to get inspected but they couldnt inspect. They also dont do loaner cars so I went out of town for the holiday that Sunday. Came back Tuesday and didnt drive the car again until 5-7th for work. The car has had the same issue until I got a mechanic to inspect it on july 7th and found out it was the transmission. Brought it to the dealership and they had no solutions. They offered a 2009 ****** Altima which in their system had 167K miles check car fax it was 193K miles. They tried to sell me another lemon car!!! So now Im waiting for proof my contract with them is actually voided in writing. They claim they cant give me back cash because I used debt card. This is the worse place. All lies, no clear communication and they try to make everything your fault when you are in this situation because they did not fully disclose all information. If you have options dont come here. Love the ************** community but this dealership gives that community a bad name. Always speaking in Spanish in front of you and you dont know what they are saying about you possibly. So yeah definitely NOT Trust worthy at all.
