They sold me a car in a critical condition on last december 17th. I know nothing about car parts, obviusly. Just a fee days latter the car had no oil, y reposed oil twice in the same week. But the car was getting worse every day. Calling and calling to schedule an appointment for scan the car I was answered on january 3rd. Then I took the car to the dealer to check what the matter was. After 15 days waiting to be fixed, they toldme that had some problems in the motor They almost toldme that the blame was mine cause I was supoused to take the car back when I realized that had no oil the first time. Remember guys that I was calling and no one was answeringAfter 17 long days they gave me it back again in the morning saying that was fixed and at night the car was broken again and I was on the middle of the freewas (that was the 4th time i got stopped in the freeway cause the car was not working properly) two days before they give me it back saying that was fixed I paid this month the ***************************************************************** asking for the payment and the car is still waiting at my rents parking cause they havent towed cause egnine isnt working So I paid the downpayment, also the next month cuote and I just used the car for two weeks, now they dont have an answer to me. Neither the dealer, nor the *************************** No answers but they call u if u dont pay on time asking you for the payment as soon as possible. Waiting and waiting and paying for a car I cant use cause Is broken againI feel scammed The dealer, the financial agency and the insurance are all the same THIEVES They do this to me cause Im not american neither resident, if I was american citizen or resident, none of this would happen Una Demanda por estafa, incumplimiento de contrato, abuso a inmigrantes es lo que llevan ustedes.
