Date of purchase: 03/25/2022 Paid: $5,300 ($300 for warranty) Issue: had trouble getting them to fix my transmission because they drove it over the warranted mileage. Was supposed to fix check engine light and pass emissions not sure if they passed emissions but check engine light turned back on after driving it 50 or so miles. *** the car a total of three months and the engine blew. THEY DROVE IT OUT OF WARRANTY so cant be fixed by warranty!!! *** to almost cuss out everyone to get my transmission fixed then two weeks later engine completely blew?!?! Started showing signs of faulty engine almost immediately after getting it back. Due to warranty being up the hassle it was to get something in warranty fixed and personal family issues going on didnt reach back out because I knew they wouldnt help. Only drove it for emergencies after that like childrens doctors /physical therapy/ dentist appointments and hospital visits. *** just changed the oil before taking it to them to fix the transmission and when I got it back had absolutely no oil ! No leak, no oil coming out of the exhaust nothing so where did the oil go? Maybe warranty would have been able to fix this if company didnt drive it out of warranty . My ************* (former auto repair shop ******************* looked at my car before taking it in and immediately after before my engine looked good few minor fixes the code reader read but lalos already addressed those and said when I bring van back theyd fix it which they didnt. Then after getting it back they gave my engine a month before it blew saying this looks like a completely different engine how close it was to blowing. It only ended up taking two weeks of only driving when I absolutely have to for the engine to blow.
