The company will not let me cancel my free consultation over 24 hours (2 days) in advance. I changed my mind & I do not want a free consultation. They say if I don't keep the appointment, they will send me to collections for $100. Not right to pressure someone to speaking with a counselor regarding my weight goals. Apparently, I am unable to cancel appointment in advance. An email from ******************************* emailed me a reminder regarding appointment Wed. Oct 19 @ 6:30 pm EDT.Business response

I am sorry for the issue that this has cause you and the inconvenience it has been. We will not send collections or anything along those lines to you do not worry about that. Before someone decides to go onto a coaching call it should be explain more thoroughly about that that fee is there, but I can tell that wasnt done properly and that is a problem that we are solving with training of our team. I would like to say sorry again for the inconvenience this has caused you and if there is anything we can do as a company to make it up to you just send an email to **********************************.
