I have been waiting for a confirmation letter of completion from the nursing school I attended. I need this letter to be able to complete my application for my CNA license number. I've reached out multiple times and never get an answer for what i need. I have been communicating with the Administrator, but she has no clue what to do or what is needed to be done since the teacher or RN that taught the classes (*********************) will not respond either. It was paid for by my previous employer but that has nothing to do with my desired resolution.Business response

Good afternoon *******,
Thank you for speaking with me today, July 5th at 7:11pm. This is in regards to your complaint from the BBB ID number ******** filed June 25th.
As we discussed over the phone, our organization does not issue completion letters for the board of nursing. However, we do issue completion certificates which you stated you have received.
You spoke with our administrator after completing your state exam and getting your results June 3rd. The administrator spoke with you June 7th and informed you she needed to contact Headmaster to show you as having completed the *** program as you were not showing up in their system. After speaking with Headmaster and having them resolve the issue on their end, your certificate was sent via text message June 17 and June 21.
A payment of $1500 will not be issued to you as you attended our program through a state funded grant ******** Our handbook also states that no refunds will be issued after completing more than 50% of your ********
Our administrator will be more than happy to give you a paper copy of the certificate or feel free to print the copy we text from the number below.
