We have had a problem since we installed the Water Treatment System. We have twice had to program the machine to a different time because it back washes everyday between 9-10:00am. They are aware of this and we have made several calls for them to fix this and it should not back wash everyday. They have offered to send someone out but they never do. Also the lady I will not say her name is a piece of XXXX. How can she be so rude on the phone. I told her if she was not going to fix the problem I would file a complaint with the BBB and Roc and she told me go ahead so hear I am.They are the most expensive worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company.That being said ROC Hear I come I work from home and for about ***** minutes in the morning while I am on the phone the back washing comes on and I can not conduct my business. I just want them to fix the problem as they promised. This is not about money although they never brought up issue ever!!!!!!!Review from Donna K

The system is awesome. The service not so much. The installer didn't tape the metal-to-metal pipe and it corroded and flooded our garage. When we called our ********* Concepts dealer located at ************************************************************************** they sent out a repairman who fixed it and charged us $160. They refuse to reimburse us. I was put in touch with a *******************, at H2O Concepts, who totally ignores us and won't accept our phone calls, even after I sent him a copy of the receipt we paid in full for the repair. Why? It is the original installer's mistake. What is a business without service? I won't use them again just because of this.

Flex lines have a rubber gasket like a hose to make a seal, therefore you should not use tape to seal metal to metal in those cases. We reached out to a very knowledgeable service company because we were unable to help the customer quick enough and there is only a ****** warranty on plumbing pipes/fixtures. This system has been in place since 2/2018 over 5 years. The person who went there told the customer they don't use tape either but because the customer was adamant to use tape, the service person added tape to the threads. I made an appointment for a estimate.Upon arrival the sales lady told me that they would not discuss it with me because my husband was not here. They said they do not do business with JUST the wives. I am completely and totally appalled. She informed me that it was MANDATORY for my husband to be here because they dont believe in the woman making the decision alone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!??? The way my husband and I do business together is none of their business. This is completely DISCRIMINATORY & back *****. I am strong, confident and perfectly capable of handling household decisions!!WOW!!! What a disgraceful way to do business.
