    Eason Technologies called my 87 year old mother on her home telephone several times over about about 3 weeks time. Her name is *************************, home address is *********************************************************************. Her phone number was ************. We have cancelled this number so they can no longer fraud her. They told her she she could earn money with them by paying them $25K. She did not have the money so they referred her to PENFED credit Union who gave her a $30k loan deposit over the phone with an e mailed Electric signature, on 06/10/22. She turned over $5k over the phone on 06/07/22, and $20k by check on 06/23/22 to Eason Consulting LLC.**** has no computer experience except to look at her e mail. Eason Tech. e mailed her a link so they could access her desk top. PENFED was attached directly to her debit account at ********************** (we closed that account to protect her further)I spoke to "****" #************. I ask him to give the money back. He said it was none of my business and that "this wasn't his first rodeo" no refund.**** does not know what she was getting for the money, or how she would make money from the "investment" She said, "a store" and "Gaming" This entire transaction was wrong for and elderly women that can not use a computer or a cell phone. **** is on social security and her home has a reverse mortgage. She needs the refund to give that money back to PENFED as she has no means to pay it back. She is a vulnerable elderly woman and is no match for phone scammers!!Thank you.***********************

    I was contacted by an Eason Consultant in July 2022 and was working with that consultant, and she helped set me up with a company who needed help. I am getting paid through that business and the extra income is helping me earn enough money to get my own website launched. When I filled out the information I did not realize that I was registering a complaint with the BBB. I thought I was getting in contact with another consultant. I made a mistake thinking I was getting to Eason. Prior to them contacting me in the last few days they did not realize I was with them. I had been working with the same consultant. I had emailed her numerous times, called and left her plenty of messages and she had not responded. Come to find out the person I was working with was no longer with the company. She did not send my file over to another Eason consultant. It was the fault of the employee who left the company and did not tell me she left. Since I have found all this out and they found out about me they have contacted me and I told them where I was at in regards to what I had discussed with the other consultant. I have an appointment on Monday to discuss my next steps to launching my website. I am very happy with the response and I am looking forward to working with Eason. I am excited to finally get started.
