This company installed my electronic patio blinds after six months of delays and excuses. Two years later and Im still missing s**** caps. I now need the blind level adjusted. Its been four months and their main skill is ignoring their customers. When they do respond, Im told I may need new motors for the blinds, but who really knows.Initial Complaint

I will describe the problem as it unfolds over 11 months and gradually gets worse. We agreed on a contract with Havana Shade late last February ********************************************************* Mid April, that did not happen and was told then installation of Mid May. This also did not happen and was told they would let me know a dat by mid June. I was told that the installation would happen in mid July. This also did not happen and was finally contacted in mid August that it looks like it will be in September. The installation was complete in mid September 5 months after promised date. We were told at the installation the horizontal lines would go away after a few weeks and Havana shades would be back to adjust the shades. This never happened, nobody showed up to adjust / repair. We contacted Havana in middle October they sent a crew in late October and were told that everything was installed incorrectly and that they would have to come back out for several days to reinstall. They scheduled for November but canceled this repair. The crew came out in December and worked on 2 of the 4 screens and we were told they need to replace 2 screens and would be back in a week to complete. We were told that this will not happen until January 2022. The original crew came back to the job and was furious at the work the other crew performed. They spent a full day plus to repair and were told that the lines will go away and the shades will look and perform like they were intended which is a tight screen with no wrinkles, bunching or light gaps. Unfortunately we had vertical lines in 2 screens that did not exist before and the horizontal lines are still engrained in the screens along with the bunching. (we were told the 2 screens would be replaced and they have not been replaced) so now we have 4 screens that are not to any kind of finished standard. we have contacted Havana and they only respond with an invoice and no explanation. we have furnished photos and followed up.
