      I purchased windows and a sliding door for my entire house through this company Nov 2017 and they are still under warranty. The handle on the sliding door is loose and I cannot find where I can tighten it myself. But nothing except opening/closing of this door has occurred so it should still be covered under warranty. Called on 6/4/24 at 1110am and spoke to ******* who seemed very distracted when I called. She said she would need to reach out to "****" I believe but the call ended abruptly and I wasn't sure of next step. Called back on 6/4/24 303pm and ******* said she would follow up after speaking to "****". I've since tried emailing this company and calling this company several times and all calls route to VM now. I've left VM's and sent message on website and getting no follow up whatsoever. It is now 6/10/24 and I left another VM this morning and still have not gotten the follow up ******* told me I'd receive. I just want them to honor their warranties and fix the handle on the sliding door.

      installed in february ****, continous issue with patio door and both bathroom windows. Both stick and bounce when opening and closing and as elders, can no longer continue to open them. requesting refund on patio door and both bathroom windows. Have treied emailing company over past few months but no response.

      Lack of ***************************** and Follow-Through!We had just moved into our home in September, and after reading reviews, we made an appointment; ****** came out and, at the time, seemed very helpful. He was there to take our money and quickly forgot our name when the order was incorrect when we called to ask for his help to make it right.Installation Day: the windows arrived in the wrong sizes/shapes. We requested the installer have someone from the office call us to explain what happened- no call or communication. An hour later, I called the main office and left a voicemail requesting someone call me before anything was reordered - no return call. I called ****** with the same information - no callback. Wednesday, I called at 8:30 am (frustrated I was the person following up). ***** apologized, asked to come "re-measure the windows," and shared that they had already re-ordered windows without our approval. Reluctantly, we agreed to meet Friday @ 9:00. On Friday, when ***** was a no-show, I called the office at 9:30 to learn she had a personal matter and could not make the appointment, but the company was not aware she was even coming out to our house. At this point, we opted to ask for our deposit back to look for a different window company; from what we have experienced, this is a communication trend, and we don't have faith or trust that their communication would be different if we needed warranty assistance.*****, (the one person who was helpful) put us in contact with *****, the **** via email, who has followed the same lack of communication style as other people in the company who didn't respond to our emails and sent us a check for half our deposit without any explanation. We do not recommend this organization; they do not call or respond to your emails.
