      My windshield was originally replaced early July. Its now near the end of September.They told me when scheduling the appointment they would install a tint strip. When the installer arrived there was no tint strip and the new windshield cracked before he put it on. He already had the old one off so he still installed the new cracked one. When scheduling the 2nd replacement they still assured me there would be a tint strip. When the installer called to say he was on his way I asked if the tint strip was on and if not to call back and reschedule. I assume it wasnt on because he didnt show and no one called to reschedule. After playing phone tag with the company for a month; when I finally reached them they said they cant guarantee a tint strip so I asked to speak to a manager. I was told they were all busy. I asked them to return my call. They have not. Nor have they responded to texts and emails. This is the next step in seeking restitution.

      Great service from start to finish. The moment I got on the phone they told me everything to expect. My service was schedules for today between 1 and 5. The technician called to let me know he was only 5 min away if he could come by now!Very polite young men. Was done in 20 Min. Couldn't be happier with this experience. ??

      Overall happy with the service, they came earlier then scheduled but it was fine because I was at work anyways. Did the service quickly and paid cash for the replacement because it was cheaper than my insurance deductible (insurance is the biggest scam btw) but my card declined because of a large amount being withdrawn earlier and I was unaware of my daily amount limit till I called the bank. I informed nuvision and they had no problem with me paying the next day so I'm glad they worked with me on that issue

      This is the worst company to go in business with. Specifically if you are in *******. Both their ***** and *************** teams are unprofessional. They leave you with unfinished job and broken equipment. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR.

      The customer service is terrible. I scheduled an appointment for my windshield to be replaced and when I got to the very end, they told me it would be two appointments: one for the replacement and one to recalibrate the safety sensors. This was mildly inconvenient but hey, they come to you so we can adapt. The replacement of the windshield went great. The technician was coming early and they called to ensure that was OK and he was courteous and efficient. This is where it went south. They told me someone would contact me to schedule the calibration and all I got was an automated email. I called the number from the email to get the service scheduled at which time I was put on hold and was either 1 or 0 in queue for 2 hours. I finally decided to take them up on their offer to call me back. No one called within 2 hours so I called back and went through the same problem again. And then a third time but this time I waited as 2 then 1, then 0 in queue for 4 hours. I sent multiple emails and finally someone responded saying someone would call me. I got a series of phone calls where it rang once and before I could answer the call ended. I finally called a different customer service line where they scheduled me an appointment. No one showed. I called that same number again and they scheduled me again and as of now they are 1 hour past their window and no one will help me. This is very frustrating and it is evident that the customer service is outsourced and nobody cares cause I'm sure they already got the insurance money. I would advise going with someone else- I never had this issue with safelite and I'm sorry I tried someone different.

      I used to love nuvision I used them for years. this last time was horrible. I had an appointment time of 1pm to 5pm. the technician was supposed to call 30 to 60 minutes before showing up. I missed a call at 1059am and then got a text at 1101am that the technician was at my house. so I missed him because I wasn't home. I got home a 1145am and saw I had missed the technician. I called to see why they came so early and if they would be coming back. The man I talked to said he would check and call me back. I got a call that as long as I answer the phone the technician would come back. I then got a text at 1245pm reminding me of my upcoming service for 1 to 5. then nuvision call me at 245 to let me know the technician was at my house. again no 30 to 60 minute working and this time the technician didn't even call. the work was completed but it was such a hassle and no one with the company communicated like they said or should have.
