      I had SafePro replace my damaged windshield which was ************** 50%, which is allowed through my dermatologist exemption. SafePro tinted the glass before installing for ease and convivence. However, the tint film is extremely blurry and I literally can barely see any details or read most signs while driving now! They replaced the glass Friday 6/24. I didn't drive afterwards and noticed the next morning about 16 hours later. I called right away and spoke to the shop manager, but was informed that I should 'park it sun for the day and it will go away.' Thing is, I've had fully tinted windshields for about 12-years now and I knew this wasn't going to resolve the issue. Regardless, I parked it in the sun all weekend long to no avail. I called SafePro first thing Monday morning and again spoke to the shop manager who assured me they'd get someone out ASAP to fix it. Keep in mind that I can barely see out of the windshield which is extremely unsafe, but have no other way to get to work. Monday passed and no one came out, nor any phone calls. I call back that afternoon and they again insist someone will be out the next day. That next day, Tuesday, came and still no replaced tint, nor any calls from SafePro. I call again Tuesday afternoon and the manager says that someone was supposed to call me earlier that day to fix it, but no one did. He then said that the tinter would be at my home later since it was now the end of my workday. Still no one showed up and no calls. Now its Wednesday 6/29 and still waiting. This company calls themselves 'Safe' but they are NOT resolving this very unsafe situation and don't seem to have any urgency of fixing their mistake, which is jeopardizing my safety and the safety of others on the road. SafePro is too concerned about new business right now to stop and fix their mistake. Too bad, since if they did then I would've let this go, but it appears they prefer to go this route instead. Buyer Beware!

      To the best of my knowledge this issue has been resolved with the customer.  The tint has been removed and replaced and the water stains on the headliner have been completely removed.  I have reached out to the customer but he is not accepting my calls or responding to my voicemails.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      SafePro Auto Glass had *************************** on 8/16/21 replace my windshield and he destroyed the trim/molding on the left hand and right hand side of the windshield when doing so. After I paid him ($180 total, WO# *******) he didn't say a word about it. The next day when I noticed it I called the company and spoke with ******* who said it was covered under the warranty and they'd fix it. Days later I got several calls from different people. **** the operations manager called to say I was not covered under the warranty since I self-paid, but since ******* said I was covered he'd honor that. Then **** called back again to say the trim cost $100s to replace and it was uneconomical. I disputed that. A week went by and I called back and he admitted the trim would cost $60 each and suggested we'd split the costs. I mulled it over for 24 hours, thought it was wrong but conceded anyway and left a message on 9/3 to proceed with replacements. I haven't heard back since and I've left many messages.
