Vanguard Auto Glass, also doing business as Good Guys Auto Glass cold called me to see if I had windshield damage, and said they would handle the claim with my insurance and replace it, with a lifetime warranty. They replaced it and it was defective, with the sensor camera falling off. After many months and calls, when they were supposed to replace it, they showed up and said they had new technology and product to re-glue it. A month latter it fell off again. After calling them for over a year, I filed a complaint with the ******* BBB (claim #********). Two weeks later after getting notified, ***** called me from ******* to apologize and promised to get someone on it immediately. A few weeks passed, with me calling regularly, and only after I answered the BBB followup that I had gotten a call but was still waiting on the windshield, I finally got another call back from *****, apologizing again and promising again. As of now, two months later, I still have no response to my calls to the ******* number. I still have non-working sensors and equipment on the car.
