Can't seem to get the gloves on the way, says maximum if 4 day shipping, I ordered on 6/26/23 called last Tuesday 7/11/23 said i would have it in the next 2 day, that they forgot to ship out of the warehouse, a week later, today 7/18/23 i called again, spoke to ****, he told me the owner must be who i spoke to originally and that the owner sometimes is busy and has no idea what he is doing, but it must be in the warehouse and will ship out soon, I reiterated that i was told the same thing last week and he claims, today i will receive it. I am gettting really bad SCAM vibes from this company, due to the actions of the sellers and the reviews stating the same thing. I will be reaching out to **************** this afternoon if I don't receive anything else from them.Review from Kimberly K

Very unhappy with this company. I ordered this item in mid December 2022. Available for immediate shipment at time of order according to the website. Mid Jan, no order still. Contacted the company and received a response with shipping info. When I checked it out, I saw that the label was created 1/12/2023. The day after I contacted them. I asked for an explanation and also asked for compensation for waiting and was only given the tracking number to reiterate that the order was on its way. Very unprofessional customer service. Terrible business practices. I would give it -1 star.Review from janet T

Can we leave less than 1 star??- orders not shipped in a timely manner. Can not get responses to emails or phone calls to track orders. although site says ships in 4 to 7 days it takes weeks to get product.Review from Cristina J

This is not a credible company. I ordered gloves which CS promised is available to be shipped next. day. After 6 days, called and called,.Answer was alway CHECKING!V They finally shipped it Tracking was with *** but tracking shows it is not *** but Fed Ex. . Received the the shipment. Was not what I ordered .I found those gloves cheaper by $48 dollars in two other companies . Requested shipping label, was told they wil deduct 15% for stocking fee. I told them it was not my fault that wrong gloves were delivered. I needed them for a project but the delay has caused the project to be postponed. . So rather than packing the shipment and going to Fed Ex, I asked if they would refund me $48 by sending them the url for the price of those gloves in other companies. . I finally filed a dispute with CC before they refunded me the difference in price. THEY ADVERTISE GLOVES ARE AVAILABLE AND IN STOCK BUT THAT IS NOT TRUE !!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!Review from Kyle S

Poor reviews that I read in places like this caused unneeded panic on my end and I canceled my order. Come to find out it shipped, with a legit tracking number. Even still, they told me to keep the gloves and the money. I didn't agree so I made sure they got their funds. Happy to say they couldn't have been anymore the opposite of any poor review I've read.Review from Kylie P

I ordered gloves and received a completely wrong order. I reach out multiple time to this company to get this sorted as it wasn't my error. No one responded for a month-then did rudely just telling me to ship it back and they'd refund me-zero other info. No return forms like advertised on their site to process this return to protect me or them. I messaged again basically begging for help to even get an address to send it too, still no response. Its been two months-I'm done. The gloves I got were worth so much less than what I received. I **HIGHLY** doubt if I sent these back I'd get my money back.Review from Andrea R

This company collected payment in full from us back in early April 2021 for gloves. We were notified that they were on backorder, which was understandable give the state of things, but it is now almost 5 months later without our order being filled or our money being refunded. When we email to try and get our money back, we are repeatedly told "we're checking on this" with no other reply. The customer service is atrocious and the fact that they have kept the money of a very small business during a pandemic is shameful.
