      I got hurt at work may 30 2023 and all CopperPoint has done in physical therapy few months ( doing more harm than good) so stop per primary **. *** in this time frame only had two spinal injection I was suppose to had nerve ending burn off 5-2-30 per there ** who they uses requested and they denied my procedure the day before I only found out cause hospital notified me the day before I called CopperPoint my Adjuster cause I haven't heard from her since my second Spinal injection cause she waiting until last minute to approve she never apologized or anything why should I have to call her she had information at least two weeks ago and she was in contact with hospital but never responded or called me.. I ask for a supervisor and she just made excuses... than she has nerve to tell me I should of had a 2nd opinion long time ago... they are not doing their job or do they care about patients....now I have to wait until the 2nd ** had time to see me...but I have to suffer with the pain until then... I feel they don't care or respect what am going threw....I ask for new Adjuster and I was told I cant...have one...treated unfair and not happy with them at all...

      So I was injured on the job back in 2020 and this is the company that handled the workmen's compensation claim for the company I was working for at that time.For starters my initial claim was denied due to an error on the states part of not having the right insurance carrier from the start of this.So it finally got situated with the right insurance carrier,Copperpoint Insurance.I believe the adjuster's name was ********** or something along those names.Anyway we spoke on a few accusations and she told me oh well I had the same injury as you and i didnt need surgery,I said well i am not you and thats none of your business.I had knee surgery end of Sept 2021.My attorney had called me on Jan 25th 2022 saying that i will be receiving compensation for my injuries and she said it usually takes 30/45 for them to figure out how much etc.Because they have to go back from the time you were injured how much you were making which is 2/3 your paycheck or something along those lines.The only letter i got from there was in march of this year wanting to know if i was still seeking treatment or not they were gonna close the case.As my attorney stated in the conversation there will be compensation her legal secretary told me the same exact thing because its in the notes.Yea i tried to find out when can i expect payment back in march this year and they more or less told me well there is no record of payment for you,I then said so what yall are just paying for my medical thats it,she said thats what it looks like on my end.So it feels like i am getting 2 different answers to the same problem.One from my attorney,legal aide,and from copperpoint.I became homeless and had to move into a shelter because i was still under my doctor's care in march of this year.I am at my wit's end trying to figure out what the h*** is going on.One if they want to pay for medical expenses only or if they are paying me for my compensation that it what i am trying to get accomplish.I want answers from ???

      I was injured on the job 08/23/1986. I lost sight in my right eye. The doctor prescribed a lifetime of care for both my eyes. I go to a ophthalmologist once a year or as needed. I have a claim with the Arizona ************************ Some time ago ( 10 years plus or minus) I was moved to Copperpoint Insurance Companies.For the last 9 years I have been forced to write a letter to get my glasses paid for. This year Copperpoint Insurance Companies refused to process my claim since early Feburary. Copperpoint insurance company would not even allow me to pay for my own glasses. I believe Copperpoint who was appointed by the State of Arizona has violated my rights as a injured worker Covered by the Arizona State ****************************
