          IT NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE As IT technicians, we provide a wide range of services to support, fix, and maintain the hardware and software of your organization’s computer systems. We can maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. We document, maintain, and upgrade or replace hardware and software systems. We support and maintain user information including rights, security and system groups. We install networking equipment, such as routers and switches, as well as cabling. Our problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as our ability to explain what we do in easy-to-understand terminology uniquely make us the right choice for your IT needs. MINOR ELECTRICAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT We can perform minor electrical replacement work, minor repairs, and minor electrical changes like replacing lights and plug sockets. We can install ceiling fans or light fixtures to a pre-wired electrical box. We can install extra low voltage cabling telephones, alarms, heating systems. We can install electrical appliances that do not require “hard-wiring”. In other words – they are plugged into an existing socket. And we repair or replace thermostats. We can hang TV’s on virtually any wall. Any new wiring, work on an electrical panel or any work requiring a permit must be done by a licensed electrician. MINOR PLUMBING REPAIR/REPLACEMENT We can replace existing toilets, sinks and fixtures that do not require the installation of new plumbing. We can add a water filter to a preexisting fixture. We can rebuild faucet and commercial flushometers using factory repair kits. Any new plumbing or any work requiring a permit must be done by a licensed plumber. MINOR PAINTING We specialize in small painting jobs that large painting contractors generally won’t do. This includes painting a feature wall, painting drywall repair or painting small rooms. We also paint, stain or seal wooden fences. We can seal concrete flooring, patios or walkways. We also prep, prime and paint facia boards that are starting to peel from weather exposure. DOOR/HINGE/HARDWARE REPAIR We can upgrade or replace door hardware for both interior or exterior doors. We can add a deadbolt to an existing door. HANDYMAN SERVICES As a handyman, we conduct basic maintenance on various businesses or homes. Our main duties include repairing plumbing systems, fixing company equipment or tools and testing various company or home appliances to ensure they work properly. We can replace tiling and flooring. OFFICE FURNITURE MOVING & ASSEMBLY IKEA® and other similar companies are famous for their puzzle piece furniture. Assembled correctly, they are a beautiful addition to any home or business. But the instructions are often difficult to understand or follow. Especially instructions that have been translated from a different language into English. It takes patience and experience to correctly assemble furniture. We also rearrange office cubicles or move entire offices from one location to the next. Upsizing or downsizing as necessary. LIGHT BULB AND BALLAST CHANGES It sounds simple, but many ceilings are 12 to sometimes 16 feet tall. We have the proper size ladders and tools to safely replace or upgrade lighting and replace failed ballasts. EMERGENCY BURGLAR ALARM, ACCESS CONTROL, AND CCTV REPAIR The installation of Burglar or Fire Alarm equipment requires a licensed Burglar or Fire Alarm company. However, we can do many minor repairs such as fixing loose door contacts or replacing batteries in wireless alarm sensors. We can install or repair CCTV equipment including Digital Video Recorders and add or replace cameras. We can connect CCTV equipment to your network and set up remote monitoring.
