            Look elsewhere. Paid $4200 to have some rotten wood replaced on outdoor stairs to a deck. This is on a rental and I live out of state. I knew it was pricy but thought I could trust him to do a decent job if I wasn't there to supervise. From what the tenant said it doesn't sound like one guy spent more then a day on the job and I know the ******* fir boards the used couldn't cost more than $200. So $4000 in labor? I don't mind spending $4000 in labor if they good a good job. When I got to the house, I pushed on the second story railing and it almost fell over. I did complain and he did send a guy out that spent 2 hours shoring it. The guy knew what he was doing so it wasn't a matter of unskilled labor, just a hack job and got out of there to rip off the next person. I know he does a lot of rental properties and the owners likely don't realize what a terrible job they are doing.

            Im so sorry **** that we did not meet your expectations. We always strive to be honest and loyal to our customers and we never like to hear that someone is unsatisfied. As far as the price goes, I walked the job with you and showed you specifically what was going to be done so that there was no confusion. You always have the ability to decline someones proposal and if you thought it was to pricey then I wish you would have declined. I would rather lose a job than have someone unhappy with what they paid etc. You came to us with an area of concern and I had someone there within days to make necessary corrections. Again my apologies that we did not me the expectations you had and it leaves me feeling disappointed and uneasy that we left someone unsatisfied. We are a small family owned business and customers are important to us. Hope you have a blessed day.
