Sunset Landscaping, originally called Your Lawn Guy Landscaping, came to clean up our yard. Invoice **** says "property clean up, **** trimming and weeding", made out July 1, 2022. The owner, ***************************, and another man arrived at about 7AM on June 30, 2022. We did a survey of our property to review the areas. ****** came to the door several times and I went over areas he had missed or had not completed. At one point he used a vacuum to get up leaves, which took some of our gravel and did not help. He said he would use a rake and not to worry about the clean up. Unfortunately, with time, I let myself get pressured into paying him and letting him go on to his next job.. However, in going over the lawn, I saw a lot of leaves, twigs and branches left on the ground, including some packing paper. I took pictures and sent them on my phone, but they did not go through at first When I did contact the other owner, ***************************, she was at first not open to making any kind of adjustments, however, when the pictures went through, she agreed to "make it right". While I understand that the rains have delayed their service, it is now over a month and they are no longer answering my messages. The dates and times kept changing when they would be here. They were to come on the 26th and we were waiting for them as they wanted us to be here. Now we hear nothing. They promised several times to be here, but never showed. I understand the rain may have made scheduling difficult, but they just never showed up and lately it has been dry. One time they said they were going to be here and told me to leave notes (we were delivering shoes to an Indian reservation) and then said they wanted us to be here. They left weeds Now we have to get the area cleaned to lay gravel. We will have to pay someone else. I have already had the branches that came out of the ground trimmed as there were leaves caught there. We are paying more now to have the job finished.
