I have been a loyal customer for years to this particular **********************, and even longer to Big * Tires in other parts of the state as well. Most recently I took my car into them for overheating. It was not leaking anything, but was overheating. They put in a new radiator and thermostat and sent me home. I realized the next day that I had oil stains all over my landlords unsealed paver driveway. I took it back to them, they fixed it in ten minutes and the manager ****** told me the part on my radiator failed and they fixed it. (Which is a lie, because if the part failed, I would have had to wait for a new one to be delivered). This was due to the employees workmanship. I called her two days later, after speaking to many paver professionals, who all said that this oil was going to be nearly impossible to get out of the pavers, which also resulted in my landlord threatening to evict me. I called ******, she was rude and was not willing to take any accountability. I contacted corporate, they sent someone out to my home TW* WEEKS LATER to power wash my driveway, which did nothing. The oil is still there. Its not just a small spot, its all the way down my driveway. I asked for a refund on my service (that was over $1,000.00) and was denied. I also found out that my rack and pinion is also going out, and has been for a while. This was found by another Big * Tires location during an inspection, at the request of the corporate representative, and no one bothered to mention that to me when doing the other repairs. So, to sum it up, I received a poor service, destroyed property, an eviction notice, more major repairs needed on my vehicle, and now, no resolution to my pavers, no refund on my service, and also I have been completely ghosted by the corporate representative after he denied my refund. This is a terrible establishment. Ran by complete crooks. I will be taking legal action.
