october 31st 2022 we took our vehicle into to big o for repairs invoice ****** for ******* for replacement of rear strut assembly they found that additional issues with a hub bearing and lower ball joint. okay fine we left the lights on the dash were cleared and we thought the issues had been resolved. the vehicle still had issues and the lights came back on the dash. we called in and were told to bring it back in to resolve the issue they decided it was abs sensor front left and right. they ordered parts from ***** and we made an appointment when the parts came in that day to return on the 11/03 invoice ******. they replaced them and again the dash lights were off as we are leaving about a mile down the road there was a loud noise and shake from the front end and a loss of power when starting off during acceleration. we again phoned big o and were told to bring it back and they would scan it to see what error codes it brought up an the issues. we returned on 11/04 the person we spoke to just said it was probably the axles which are new and refused to scan for codes and walked away. We paid over 2 thousand dollars and the issues are still present.
