      I have been trying to cancel my internet service with SpeedConnect. I live in **********, ***** and cannot get anyone to answer my phone calls. I get send directly to a voicemail and no one ever calls me back. I have also emailed them, they respond that a help ticket has been started but not follow up. I paid my April bill as a last bill since I first requested cancelation. I just received a May statement.I called on April 1st, 4th and 8th leaving messages to cancel my service. No one answers your phone, I get sent to voicemail and no one ever called me back.

      Tpt Speed connect view me dot live. My wireless internet service stopped working late twenty twenty three. Numerous contact attempts led nowhere. The company was out of business. Shortly after I started receiving bills and late charges from view me dot live. I Called their customer service dozens of times Left messages and emails but no one ever ever responded. I have not been able to cancel service.Nor do I have working service yet?They continue to build me with late charges. Their website says you cannot cancel service over the phone or through email.Another words you can never cancel your service and apparently it's true. It's impossible to generate a password or Username because The online system won't accept anything You type in. and never emails you Is a response. Month after month, they continue to bill me with late charges And I am powerless to stop this after hours of serious efforts.. It's the most outrageous fraud and Extortion from any entity i've ever dealt with in my entire life. Someone must Take legal.Action against this company.

      On 11/05/23 my internet services were disconnected from TPT SpeedConnect. My account was paid in full til the end of November 2023. When contacting them on November 07, 2023 I was not able to reach a representative after multiple attempts and voicemails. I was emailed on 11/10/2023 and told that they were being managed by a new company, VuMe Wireless. I still did not have service and have been calling and leaving messages with no response. On 11/20/23, with still no service we switched to a new company to provide internet service. I have since been unable to connect with them to cancel my services. They state they that you can only cancel over the phone but no one has returned my messages or emails. They are now threatening to send my account to collections. All I want is to cancel my account and send my receiver back but cant get a hold of anyone that can help.

      We have not had internet service for over three weeks. The company is not answering their phones. The only way to cancel service is by phone so they are making it impossible to cancel their service. I do not want to pay for a service I am not receiving. The company is not letting their customers know what is going on. Just that they are working on it. I need help! I need internet service at my home!

      We have had internet with speed connect for years - through MANY frustrating outages and unreliable service times. The last couple of years have been great. We left AZ in May and returned on Oct 19th. We noticed that we had no internet service - it may have been out before that. I called on 10/26; 10/31 twice; and 11/3. Recording said sorry AZ customers we are working on it. No opportunity to even leave a message. I emailed all three of the options (billing, sales, and technical support) on 10/31. Returned to me undeliverable. I called BBB 11/3 and found out that company is probably out of business. I am filing this complaint because I do not plan on paying my current bill or any future bills - my monthly service is $44. The service period covered is 11/1 thru 11/30. I received a billing notice on Oct 20 (email) which I would normally pay no later than 3rd of the month. I am also old school and am bothered by the fact that the company has left us hanging waiting for service to return when they probably know it never will. Thank you!

      My internet company Speed Connect has been down since October 24, 2023. I have tried called multiple days, multiple times and cannot get through to speak to someone. They have an automated recording that does say there is an outage and they are working to fix the problem. However, I would like to verbally speak to a human to discuss my upcoming bill. I do not feel I should be charged for the day(s) the internet has been down. I have also written an email to the billing department regarding the outage and asking for compensation for internet down time. This email was sent October 30, 2023 I have not received a response.Since this outage has occurred there has been no communications or updates on their end.

      We cancelled our contract with SpeedConnect effective 9/17/2023, but they continue to invoice ** for service not provided. Their website quotes phone communication is the only valid means of cancellation. Their phone at ************, option #3, consistently advises that no agents are available. Website advises that "delinquent" invoices will be sent to a collection agency and filed with credit reporting services. Local computer support (JJ's ********************* ************) has received similar complaints from their customers and has contacted the Company owner to resolve the issues, without success. He has also filed a complaint with FCC.

      I am contacting you to seek assistance in a matter that affects many people in rural Az. I, as many rely on Speed connect, TPT, LLC as my internet provider. For the past 7 days we have been without service. The phone number provided for service just has an answering machine with a message indicating that there is a problem they are working on in the ************************************************* area. Then you are promoted to choose accordingly for service request upon which they say no one is available and disconnects the phone. There is no explanation at all. The payments are due tomorrow for the service. Many people have auto pay because it is a requirement of the internet service. If you look online you will see many people are talking about this. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

      Since mid-September, I have no ************* TPTSpeedConnect is the provider. I am unable to reach them by telephone, the company fails to respond to my email inquiries. I have been charged $52.80 per month now for 2 months of no service. The company asserts that service can only be terminated over the phone--yet no one is available to answer the calls. After much frustration, I have found a different wifi provider. This type of customer service is unacceptable. `i request a refund for no service provided and I want to terminate my relationship with them.

      Speed Connect closed its office in our town, ***********, **. There is no way to contact them to terminate our terrible service we received from them. We had their equipment uninstalled and had another internet company connect us. We still have their equipment and they are welcome to retrieve it. Our monthly charge was approximately $65. We have not had their service for 2 months and they are still trying to collect from my credit card.
