I ordered a product from this company 35 days ago and the order is still "processing." The return policy states that your order cannot be returned or refunded once the order has begun processing however my order entered processing 1 day after purchase. I first tried to reach out to this company via email. After a week without a response, I tried to call. After multiple attempts of calling, someone finally answered the phone. They put me on hold, came back and told me that they didn't work for that department, and they would get the message over to the correct person. A few days later and still no update.Initial Complaint

I ordered ****** worth of items from this business on 01/02/2023. It is now 11/12/2023. Over 11 months waiting with no response at all. No refund no items no call backs. They claim to be veteran owned and thats sad because we real veterans dont do that to people in business. They are tarnishing the title veteran and that infuriated me!
