In August 2022 we hired Command Roofing to replace the roof on our house. The work was started in November. We were told that 60 feet of 2X8 fascia needed to be replaced for an additional $1,080.00. We approved this on the condition that they would include the painting of the fascia. Mr. ******************* said Command Roofing would replace the damaged fascia and would paint the fascia. We would supply the paint.They replaced the fascia with wood that did not match the same quality of wood that we had on the house, and then painted only one side of the wood. We felt that it would not be good to leave wood unpainted, so we called and requested that the other side be painted and to sand the very rough wood they put up so it would match the rest of the fascia.They did come back to paint the underside of the fascia, but they slopped the paint on parts of the house where dark brown should not have been.************************* agreed and took photos and talked to **** about fixing the painting and rough wood on the fascia correctly, and **** agreed. He said due to the snow and the Holidays we needed to be patient. They would catch up soon. This was ******* 25,2023.We have since requested many times to have the painters come back, correct the paint where it is slopped on to another surface where it does not belong, and to sand the rough unmatched fascia they put up. On April 18, ***** said **** would come to look at the job. On May 16, **** said he would put in a work order. The painters would contact us. We have spoken many times to *****, ****,& ****, and we were told that it would be solved. This was not professionally done.We know we paid in full, but we feel they should not leave work that was poorly done. We do not feel comfortable having the painters come back to our property. They did a bad job in the beginning and even a worse job correcting the work that they did do. We paid $21,619.12. We are requesting a refund of the fascia work charge of $1.080.00 minus the cost of the wood.
