I moved into sober living on 04/10/2024. The director ********************* start harassing me on 04/12/2024. He start making complaints saying I couldnt wash laundry early in the mornings. When I would wake up because of my Major Depressive Disorder. He would belittle me, down talk me, curse at me, yell at me, and make up new rules that werent in contract. The harassment continued on saying I needed to work. I complied to all request at his facility. Even been woken up at 1030pm, 1045pm, & 1130pm out of dead sleep t breathalyze. Also, there were medications left out around the facility. To include bugs in his households. The place was very dirty, couches with mold, moldy bathrooms, dirty fridge and living areas. The breathalyzer machine he uses to test residents is one with disposable mouth pieces. These are washed by ********************* and reused. He continue to threaten me about finding housing for breaking rules that he made up. Like not being able to have deliveries of items at taken to facility. I was threatened twice on having to leave. And than told to leave. At this time I did that with one week remaining on my month paid. I requested a refund of $250 for the last week. I was denied this refund. This place and ***** is not healthy for anyone. Im a disabled veteran taken advantage of by *********************. Please see attached documents. I should not have been discharged because he told me to get out. Therefore for him telling me I had to leave Im requesting a full refund.
