I ordered three items off of the companies website on January 29th 2024. They charged my credit card and sent me an invoice with an order number. The total charge was $183.94.I have emailed them several times and heard back only once when the owner responded saying my emails went to spam but he would check on it and get back to me shortly. That was the last I heard from him and believe me ive tried. His voicemail just constantly says its full.Initial Complaint

It has been over 1 month since I placed an order with them and no product as per the purchase agreement my multiple emails have been ignored (see attached photos) also no one answers the phones I've tried calling multiple times throughout the day and cannot get ahold of anyone I just want my money backInitial Complaint

An order (******) was placed on or about 10/21/22 for a Glock 19 Slide (attached). I asked for an update on 11/21 (attached) and was told it would ship in 3-4 weeks. I asked for updates mid December, January and February that were ignored.I request either shipment of the product or refund of the amount paid on the order to the original funding source.Initial Complaint

I placed an online order on September 26, 2022. Since then I have been given false information and the runaround from the staff at Suarez International. They took my money for the order and never sent me anything.
