I love my custom Glock!I was looking for a gun that fit my hand with light recoil, the first one I got was a compensated Glock 43, stippled. I ordered and received it within the prescribed lead time and I am thrilled with it! My next purchase was an AR-15, one that they had on sale at a great price. Then I ordered a custom Glock 19 with a frame reduction to fit my smaller hand. They changed the grip angle and reduced the frame. The stippling was perfect texture for my hand. Overall, I'm very happy with the new owners. **** and **** at Suarez are great. Thanks guys!

It has been five weeks and I still have not received my milled receiver. When you call to check the status, you get no answer. You must email them and they are annoyed that you are asking. Just check out their horrible website and look at their FAQ section. They sort of have an attitude even for wanting them to quickly finish the work they are offering. Knowing what I know now, I would go somewhere else for gunsmithing work. Lets be honest, it only a glock and you do not have to be that skilled of a gunsmith to work on them. Next time I will use their competitor. I do not recommend.

Suarez International is a terrible company from their sales and customer service team all the way to their development and quality control department. Their customer service members are rude and unhelpful (***** and ****), and the company is unwilling to accept responsibility for their mistakes. They ruined a batch of Glock 43/48 compensators in March after many customers like myself ordered them in February. They promised they would be shipped in March, when that didn't happen they promised two weeks to fix the error. When that didn't happen and ***** rolled around, they put the item on sale on their website for ***** fool's day (because that makes so much sense when you have customers waiting for this product). When I emailed them about it, they made a joke about the fact that they were so late and the fact they were selling the messed up ones at a sale price. They then sent out an email on ***** 26th basically telling everyone that has ordered one of these comps that they still were not ready and we the customers needed to "hang in there just a little more while we get this sorted out." I emailed them now at the end of May and instead of updating me or calling me like I asked, ***** one of the terrible customer service members just forwarded me the same email from *****. This company does not deserve people's business. Would not recommend to anyone.
