      They gave me an estimate for $300.00 to spray pre emergent. They came the first time and didnt spray a quarter of what the estimate stated. I called to find out why and they would return to complete. The second time they didnt spray half of what the estimate stated. I called again and they wanted to come a third time. I said no I shouldnt have to call to get the job done right. I asked them to adjust the bill and he said he would. I get the bill through email and it is not adjusted also it is $90.00 more than the estimate. I reply to email and no one contacts me back. This went on for four emails which was four months. I call and ask why no one is responding to my emails. She said i have not sent any. I reply that I have them saved and she says let me look into this and i will call you back. She calls me back and says she has found the emails. I ask to speak to the owner. She tells me that the owner would have to call me back. The owner calls me back and says she is not adjusting the bill. She also says she is sending to collections. I ask why we cant work this out since they didnt spray were the same estimate stated. The owner says they did spray and she has a map. I ask to see the map and she says no and hangs up on me. I have disputed with the collection company and they will not work with us either. What can we do? What options do we have? The work was not done to the estimate and why is there a $90.00 charge that is not on the estimate? Please help with s with this. I believe they did some of the work and I was trying to resolve the issue.

      We are in receipt of the complaint ****************** filed with the BBB regarding poor quality of work and lack of response from our customer service department.  I am very surprised however since we have always made it our business to return every phone call and email received and to address any problems that arise.
      To address the issue of poor quality of work:  We were out to Mr. ******** property on two separate occasions to spray pre-emergent, once on June 30th, 2022, and again on July 8, 2022.  Mr. ******** service was completed, and full payment was expected. We cannot write off the past due balance for this service as product was used and services rendered.  This was explained during a phone conversation on 11/09/22 in which he understood.  Please consider reaching out to us via phone to care for this balance.  
      We apologize for Mr. ******** frustration surrounding this situation.
