            Placed an order to fill up a tank at my home. They messed up and filled up a tank on a property that I am selling which they were informed of months ago. They will only lock the tank or I have to pay for thier mistake. Selling a home I need access to my propane so they are preventing me from accessing the propane I had in my tank because they filled it against my wishes. I'm an 100 percent disabled veteran on a fixed income so them saying they are veteran friendly is a false advertising.

            We are very sorry you have decided to post your grievance here. We did make the mistake and offered to lock the tank off and charge the new owners. You contacted us back and said you still needed the propane to sell the home as sale fell through. We offered to make some type of payment arrangements for the fuel until you sell the home. When it sells, we will be happy to transfer the balance to the new owners. We will reach out to you again to see what satisfactory arrangements can be made.

            You either lock the tank and keep me from the propane I've already paid for so I can not pass home inspection to sell or I pay you in two payments for your mistake on top of paying for what I actually ordered. Sorry if that seems very one-sided to me, but the facts speak for themselves, and to expect me to be grateful for your offer with a state meant of that's not good instead of an simple apology for your mistake seems like an insult due to it being your mistake, not mine. No matter how you word it your company made a mistake and I'm expected to pay for it so of course I come here to post my grievance
