      I put a deposit on a 2023 Jayco Travel Trailer December 26th, 2023 to hold the vehicle. On December 28th i asked for my refund returned because I changed my mind with the purchase. The finance person told me the money is non-refundable. I asked the sales rep the day I put the money down if the money was refundable & she said yes.

      Purchased 2015 ************** (VIN *****************) from Blue Compass/Affinity RV *************** on 11/23/21 along Portfolio Warranties (sold by dealership along with RV) and a Cilajet **ating package that was to be applied by Blue Compass/Affinity RV. On 5/8/23 dropped off RV for water leak and other repairs. Service writer, **** noticed peeling of Cilajet (still under 5 yr warranty), did not note any other issues on RV. Picked up RV on 6/21/23 (6 wks in their possession) & no repair on Cilajet peeling was done. **** said warranty ** didn't get back to ********** move slow etc. We called Portfolio & no claim had been filed for Cilajet peeling. Portfolio immediately scheduled an independent inspector to evaluate damaged exterior. The inspection was performed 6/23/23. The report noted oxidation to both sides and back of **ach, overhead cab (bunk) in addition to the CilaJet peeling. Inspector also noted a 3 foot long crack in the fiberglass, running top to bottom of overhead passenger side of overhead cab bunk on the front of **ach. Inspector noted that the exterior clear **at was damaged and suggested be reapplied in addition to CilaJet. NOTE: This crack was NOT there when dropped off to Blue Compass on May 8th nor was it noted in pre-service inspection performed by service writer. Portfolio will **ver new **ating of CilaJet, including re**nditioning of ******************** repair but will NOT **ver the repair of the clear **at, or repair of the crack that developed as result of failed Cilajet, which was supposed to protect against this very types of exterior damage. On 8/30/23 we reached out to Blue Compass Service manager (phone, left voice mail messages) twice, we followed up with emails (including inspection report) to the service manager and then both service manager and general manager to address situation. No return emails or phone calls from Blue Compass/Affinity RV regarding any of this.

      Bought a brand new trailer from Affinity. Before we left the lot with it and upon doing our walk thru, found a few issues. They ordered the parts to replace/fix the items and we brought the trailer back to have those things fixed. It took them over 2 months to get the work done. Several phone calls and lots of frustration finally got the unit back. We Went to load up trailer for maiden voyage and ****** would not work correctly and the n command unit kept shutting off and resetting. Called them back set up and appointment with them to ***************** back. After 2 weeks started calling them to see when we would get our trailer back but it still had not even been looked at. Spoke with the manager of the service **** and was assured it would be looked at next. Still 2 more weeks and several more calls it was finally looked at was told it was warranty issues would have to get items approved and then get parts. Its been one more month of waiting to find out what is going on with our trailer and still have not got an answer. Was told we would be contacted but no one has ever called us. We just want the repairs made and to get our trailer back. We will never waste our time taking it back to this dealer. We understand ordering parts issues, but being lied to over and over for months at a time is not acceptable. They do not communicate at all after several phone calls to them they have had our trailer since May. We just want it back and fixed correctly.

      Took my ***************** in for repairs one being to seal and secure an escape hatch over the bed. Shortly afterwards the hatch blew off and was damaged beyond repair. Tried to get this resolved, was told they would make it good but to no avail. Calls are not returned. I have to call them, but get excuses and a run around.

      Bought a brand new 2022 jayco northpoint rv 8/2021. When we purchased the coach we also purchased a very expensive Onan generator and extra batteries. The first time we took it out the brand new generator started spewing oil. The entire furnace went out and didnt work and I had to take my 3 children and get a hotel room. Amongst an entire checklist of everything else that was broken / not working. We brought it back to affinity and they were supposed to fix it and called us to pick it up and nothing was fixed. Why they called saying it was fixed and wasting our day is still astonishing to me. We left it there and they ordered parts and filed warranty claims. We picked it back up for 2 months this summer June / July while they were waiting on parts, during this time the fridge went out, then 3 weeks later the freezer went out. The food went rancid and the fridge is now ruined. I brought it back to affinity 8/1/2022. Its been sitting there almost 2 months now and it seems no parts have been ordered & now theyre telling me they got the broken fridge back running and that I should clean it with baking soda and vinegar but we all know that is not my fault for 1 and for 2 going to work. I spent nearly $150k on this rig and nothing has worked since we bought it and now theyre telling me Im stuck its as broken generator and stinky fridge amongst other things. Ive been more than patient and given them ample time and numerous times to make this right. *** called me today and said have a nice day they declined the fridge - at this point affinity needs to be covering that fridge and my time. I dont know if we should call the finance company and let them know that Ive had it 2 out of 12 months since purchasing it as well. I paid $50k cash down! Its sickening. They have made no commitments to make this right and keep acting like its my problem. Maybe I bought a lemon and they owe me my money, registration and payments back. Its insaneand unethical.

      I purchased an rv on 2-21-22. I was assured everything worked when I purchased it. I also have not received my license plate and the dmv has no record of this transaction. I had to replace a leaking propane valve and hoses, the battery was dead, the toilet valve leaks and the hose was cross-threaded, my propane was not filled or checked for leaks, the electrical cord was sparking and was melted. I have tried several times to have this taken care of with no help at all. I was assured that everything worked properly when I purchased it. As well as a good battery and full propane tanks. The rv was not even cleaned at all.
