Experiencing poor/ less than advertised internet connectivity repeatedly. Fastnet representatives seem to be perplexed by the problem, every technician that comes to the property is baffled by the situation and their solution is presented as theyre going to want you to purchase better equipment to which I reply I have no problem purchasing better equipment if it fixes the problem. But it doesnt seem like any of them actually believe this. Never have any of them offered to upgrade my equipment on any kind trial pending proof of functionality. I made a joke to the service rep that came out, several times, that anyone purchasing said upgrade equipment and not seeing any improvement would be ****** and rightfully so. He laughed and agreed at the start of the service call but when I said the same thing at the end, when he cant figure out whats going on, he gets defensive and tells me he wont help me for a few days till I calm down. I had not cursed, yelled, or in any way threatened the the gentleman. In fact I thanked him repeatedly for his time and hoped he might see something that others had missed As of 5pm 06/26/2023 I have no internet whatsoever. My account is in good standing, the bill was paid the morning of this event.Initial Complaint

We get **************** from this company, Fastnet Wireless. I have had a lot of problems with them. Their internet goes down or way too slow pretty often. I am working from home so the internet speed is very important to me. Every time I have an internet issue, I call them a lot of times b/c they don't answer the phone or take forever to get it fixed. I almost got fired from my job because of this. Also, there is a lady whose name is ********* working at the front desk. Whenever I went up there to report the problem, she had a bad attitude towards me and never apologized to me when I complained about her attitude. I asked them to refund my **** for one month b/c I had to call off so many days due to the internet issue. They never replied to me regarding that even though I filed a complaint just as they told me too. Today, the internet was not working well enough so I had to log out in the middle of my shift and I called them. What they said was there was no technician available for all day today b/c they all worked all night long last night. I asked them to write out the letter or post a note on their website so that I can provide a proof to my supervisor but they said there was no one who could do that. I even emailed the president of the company but he never replied to me. They don't provide a reasonable service as they advertised nor a nice customer service.
