On October 3, 2022 I went to this business around 11:45 a.m. I went through drive through and ordered coffee. The coffee was $3 and change. I gave the girl a $20. Told her to take the $3 plus and round off $5 to keep that for tip. This, she owed me $15 even change. She handed me my small coffee and change. I should have actually looked at the change. I was ******* to make the movie down the street. When I arrived at the movies and pulled out the $15 (so I thought), I realized I was only given a $5 bill. After the movies I went back to the coffee place. The same girl who waited on me was there. I told her what happened and suggested she look at the cameras to prove that she cheated me. Since she didnt know what to do, I left my phone number and asked for a manager to call me. No one called. Apparently there is only 1 general phone number for ALL of these coffee shops in the country! I called, text, to no avail. I even sent a letter to the ********** location (main location in *******) and the (*******, **) main location for the country. NO ONE has responded to me. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with! The nerve to not want to be contacted by customers so you use 1 number that you dont respond to! This is disgraceful! I want my $10 back. More importantly, I want something done about a company that treats customers like dirt!
