I can highly recommend **** for anyone's computer-related needs. He is the most knowledgeable and most prepared of all the tech people who have assisted me over the years. He explains what he's doing as he does it, and explains what he finds, and why. My prior tech person mis-diagnosed my issue, but **** got to the right cause and right away. TB12Boston was great! Friendly fun and informative. Made sure I was told about all the possible issues and fixes for my machine, as well as made sure to complete the necessary repairs with care. GG was so helpful with my computer problems! He was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me, answered all my questions. I'm so glad I called ****'s Technology.
