    When I first decided to hire this company for day of coordinating, I thought they were good. Im all for supporting small businesses, but not in this case. Communication was great from point of hire after paying the deposit ( a year ago) to August of this year. Soon after we met in person, communication became spottier and spottier. I was getting responses back the next day or so, but then it felt like I was pulling teeth just for them to answer me about decor rental INCLUDED in the rental so I make sure I also provided my decor. Communication was spotty from September to November. I reached out to ************************* (one of the owners) who then redirected me to ********************* (her mother and other owner) due to personal issues. I finally got an answer, but then soon after no response from November 9th. Afterwards, with less than a month to the wedding, my fianc and I had repeatedly reached out only to receive an email the night before Thanksgiving saying because we missed several payments and warnings, the contract is void. An essence they breached their contract with us, in direct retaliation for me expressing my frustrations with the lack of communication on their end. To be clear, contrary to their allegations, I did not miss any payments, let alone "several" payments. In accordance with their payment schedule, I paid $152.19 on November 12, 2021. However, there was no due date for the "Milestone 1" payment, or the "Milestone 2" payment. The final payment of $152.18 was due on December 10, 2022. At the time time the email was sent, it was not December 10th yet at the time.With the help of some legal aid, I sent an email detailing all of this information in direct response to their email sent on November 23rd, 2022 (weeks away from my wedding). Not even 10 minutes later, they refunded my deposit without any form of communication via email, text or phone call. They essentially ghosted me and caused me severe stress. Do NOT hire them for wedding OR flowers.
