A superb quality company! We had our entire house done and ************** did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!! Our point of contact was Dallin. He was engaged and very helpful! They were booked tightly but yet was able to fit me into the schedule with a little bit of work on his part! Im very grateful and appreciate of how kind, personable and truly a genuine human being! He quoted us great price and his crew of workers were kind, personable and such hard workers!! We were very impressed with their work ethic and commitment! Throughout the process I ended up adding an additional job for them which was Baseboard Removal. Of course it was an added cost but he was able to get it done even though it extended their time schedule!After the process was started, we also added a second additional request for them to grind all of the white paint in the 4 bedrooms and closets which they did without any issues. They squeezed all of this in and did it with a smile. It was an additional cost for us which was very reasonably priced and they didnt hesitate to get all of these issues taken care of for us even though this wasnt the original agreement. We feel this company bent over backwards for us and were extremely pleased and very grateful!!We are very impressed with their incredible work performance in being dust free and they lived up to their promise and our expectations!! We are happy campers and very pleased with the entire process and experience! We recommend them highly! My husband and I hired Kodiak to demo our master bathroom and they did a fantastic job. The men working on the job were polite, courteous, and worked quickly. They cleaned up their work throughout the entire process. We were so impressed we hired them to do the install for the master bathroom remodel. Colyn was engaged, communicative, fair, and honest. His men showed up when the were supposed to and worked hard every day they were on the job. We enjoyed working with Colyn so much we continued to hire them for the rest of the home remodel projects we had, which were the demo of 2 more bathrooms and full kitchens and removal of all travertine floor throughout the home. Colyn and his team then completed the remodel of the 2 bathroom and kitchens by installing all new tile work, flooring, plumbing, electrical, glass, and countertops throughout. We have one more bathroom to remodel and we look forward to hiring Colyn and his team again to round out our entire home remodel project. You won't find a more honest, hard-working contractor than Colyn who wants to get it right for his clients!

I hired Kodiak a couple of years ago to demo all my existing tile and partial carpet and update our baseboards. They are did an amazing job. The first day to start the job after demo his main guy was having car issues and Colyn was upfront and honest with me that the job would not be started that day. He then sent a bigger crew the next day to make up for the loss of a day. That crew was amazing and very respectful. The second day in, it decided to downpour so I let them move everything into my backyard and work under the patio to stay dry. Fast forward to now, I called him back out for more work to now demo and remodel my master-bath. Halfway through, I decided to throw at him last minute to also remodel my hall bath. He added that work to his crew. When the new tub came in, he called me to tell me there was a minor crack in the tub and gave me options on what to do next. I honestly never would have know that crack was there, as it was tiny and in the bottom corner that I never would have seen unless I got on my hands and knees. He could have never said a word, but he is an honest guy. Throughout both bathrooms, I kept throwing more jobs at him. He didn't bat an eye and did the extra jobs that he originally did not expect to do. He never once questioned me or got annoyed for this. Colyn and his crew have all been amazing. I refer him to anyone looking for any type of remodeling. I do still have more work for him to do down the road and can't wait to work with him again. He was always communicating every detail with me whether it is a text/call and I always knew the status of all the work being done.
