      I have a one year warranty on pavers put on my patio that extend out onto the property. The pavers are buckling. I called to have someone from the landscape company, Mesquite Landscaping, to look at them. I was told I am on the books and I would be called. This was more than two weeks ago so I sent another message with no response. I requested to have someone who speaks English come so my questions can be answered. When I had issues with the landscaper last year I tried to reach a manager or supervisor. I was told there are none, only the sales rep. I was told the owner does not live in the country thus I am unable to get this resolved with anyone else in the company.When I needed the company to come out last year for a service call I was told I was put on the schedule. I found out that that meant I was on the schedule to get "called". Once they called me when I was not at home and told me they would be at my home in ten minutes. Of course I missed it. I had to make multiple calls for service.When I reported last year that some of the work was done incorrectly the sales person came out to my home. He appeared angry and said the lights were installed correctly. Indeed there were some installed incorrectly. I felt I was being bullied. I only want to resolve my current problem with the pavers in a timely manner and given the respect due. As a homeowner I want to speak with someone in person who I can communicate with and who can solve my problem. For example, last year I asked them to look at some plants still under warranty that were dying. I wanted to be home to discuss and ask questions. Someone came onto my property without permission when I was not home thus no discussion took place. The sales person did not see them. I was reimbursed for one plant. Within a week or two the other ones were dead. That is why I need to be home and able to discuss the issue with the pavers.

      We are trying to get Mesquite Landscaping *** to honor the warranty of our irrigation system by coming to our home and repairing the system to prevent excessive water leaks that is flooding both my neighbors and our backyards on a daily basis (see picture of our side of the fence). We have zero balance due to Mesquite for the project. The owner's response since the initial request (first report of issue Aug 19th). that he has submitted a work order and it will be up to his team to show up and replace the dead plants and repair the leak. ****, the owner continues to communicate with me but the answer is that "He has filed a work order" I feel like I'm being ghosted by *************************** (owner) and don't know how to get this project completed. I need the leak fixed and dead plants replaced as soon as possible.

      Thank you, ***************************, for the follow-up. *************************** met with ********************* on 9/24/21 at 10:42 AM, right after receiving this notice. 
      Met with the homeowner, checked for leaks with the client present.  It was determined that the excessive water was more than likely due to the watering schedules followed for getting a new sod lawn established. If there were any leaks, the repair technicians took care of them before my arrival. 


      The client would be planting a winter lawn the following week, so we went over watering instructions and saturation expectations. 
      ************** has my cell phone and will reach out should he have any other questions or concerns. 
      ************** agreed to remove this inquiry if no further issues. We have not heard back from ************** but will be happy to assist should the need occur.
