I Plumb came out after a referral from my Home Warranty, Told the company my water only stayed hot barely through 1 shower. They came out the first part of May this year and said I needed a new Water Heater but first had to give them $700, I approved and they replaced the Heater. I still did not have Hot Water and they came back 2 more times $2800. I declined and sent them away. I contacted the Home Warranty and they agreed there should be no additional charge and that the $3500 was too much. As of 5-28-24 the Leak has not been repaired. I have already given them $4200Initial Complaint

A service request made was made thru American Home Shield and assigned to IPLUMB LLC for a plumbing issue for a bedroom toilet. Date of request December 18, 2021. A service charge of $75 paid to American Home Shield for the visit. IPLUMB LLC made several attempts to fix the issue. These included 1. technician quitting after the visit, 2. Ordered part on 2nd visit 3. Wrong part was ordered and at this point the technician decided to take the original part with him for accuracy for part order. Till date the issue remains unaddressed. Repeated attempts thru American Home Shield to address this are futile since IPLUMB LLC has this as COMPLETE. Any messages to IPLUMB LLC have not been returned. Since December 2021 out of a functional toilet due to incompetence of IPLUMB LLC and their failure to address the issue.Business response

The service fee was paid to AHS and not us directly. The service fee is just for someone to come out and diagnose the issue not necessarily repair the issue. We apologize about any inconvenience you may have had.
