Owners refuse to acknowledge this or that is what is wrong with the vehicle although I have taken the vehicle back to them a total of 5 times and they told me they were going to replace the engine using a certified mechanic from a certified shop. Now they are doing the work on the vehicle when told another shop would and the sales manager is going to be putting a receipt together stating what was fixed on the vehicle and cannot provide me with proper documentation showing any work was completed on the vehicle by this mechanic. I have been dealing with my car since I got this car in July/2022. It all started with them having to replace my transmission 3 days after my purchase. I was left without a car for about 10 days. They fixed the issue with the transmission and then a few months later it started with a new issue with it over heating. I fixed it through our owe mechanic. The water pump thermostat sensor and the alternator were all replaced. A month later still same issue. Ended up taking it to big 3 and they said it was my radiator so they fixed it had it for about 3 days and the overheating started again. Had to take it in again and they changed the spark plugs because they said that was the issue after finishing the spark plug I was told that wasnt the issue and they need to leave the car there for more work *** to find the issue. I stated I couldnt stay without a car so they put me in a loner car which after having it for one day the check engine turned on. After having it for almost two days big 3 calls and say its the gaskets or the headers and the cost will be around 1,300-2,000. And it will take a week to fix it. So I have now a loner car with a check engine light on and still my car is in the shop. I do NOT want to pay that much money and something else breaking down on this car. Just shows what kind of cars are being sold here that even the loner car has a check engine light on. I really need help I cant afford to keep paying for repairs on this car.
