            I purchased a 2010 JD 326D Skid Loader from Power Heavy Equipment, I wire transferred $16,200 to their account as instructed on 10/5/22 and received acknowledgement they received the funds as well as an invoice and bill of sale. They scheduled delivery on 10/14/22. 10/14/22 during the window delivery time I received an email stating they rescheduled for 10/20/22 due to trailer problems. Thursday 10/22 came and went with no delivery and no communications. 10/26/22 I received an email stating the delivery date would now be 10/26/22. 10/26/22 came with no delivery of machine for the third time. No emails or phone messages have been acknowledged or returned since 10/26/22. They sold me a machine, took my money and did not deliver it. I would appreciate you looking into this serious matter, thank you.
