This place is very unprofessional my problem with them is I called to get a replacement key they had the replacement key for $70 I told him I would be in next week to get I called to make sure they still have the key the guy in parts said yes so I told him I would take it and then he informed me that I would have to talk to service and pay an additional amount of money for them to cut the key and program it but when I talk to him the first time that was never told to me or was never added on but all of a sudden they want to 75 more dollars so I called and try to talk to the owner to get it worked out he was very disrespectful things you can just get away with everything in this town also my son had bought a Mercedes from him about a year ago and they were supposed to get him another Mercedes key and he still waiting so I mentioned that to him and he said oh I’ll take care of it just tell him he can go to any Mercedes dealership and get a key I’ve been telling him that for a year And still no key for him or me so please put this guy in his place and let him know that the customers are what makes him money to stop being so disrespectful and taking a vantage of people that don’t have a lot of money for their vehicles this guy camped in is just a crook and he gets away with it because no one will do anything to them in this town Because of his Kempton last name I wish they would close his car dealership down
